Maxim Castelino

Managing Director

Maxim Castelino is Managing Director of Actalent's Global Transmission and Distribution Practices. He has more than 25 years of experience providing high value technical and business solutions to clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. Maxim has held several leadership positions at Actalent since joining the company in 1995, including leading Actalent's global engineering operations in the U.S. and India. Since 2010, he has worked closely with Actalent's business development and practices organizations to expand Actalent's footprint into the electric utilities, automotive, consumer and industrial products, and aerospace industries, as well as establish robust engineering services delivery operations for our clients. Maxim has experience with multi-site engineering operations management, engineering process and technology consulting, and international business development. He earned his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York.
