Chad Koele
PRESIDENT
Chad Koele serves as the president of Actalent. A proven and accomplished leader, Chad joined the Allegis Group organization in 1993 and has held multiple roles in operations and sales throughout his career. In his role as president of Actalent, Koele leads the company’s global growth, strategic development, and financial performance.
Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Chad is a member of CEO Action and prioritizes efforts to foster an environment where all employees experience opportunity and growth.
Scott Anderson
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Anderson is the CFO for Actalent and leads the financial strategy for the organization. Scott began his career with the Allegis Group organization in 1998 as an assistant controller.
Prior to his appointment to Actalent CFO, he spent five years in Sydney, Australia as CFO for Allegis Group's business in Asia-Pacific. Scott is an advocate for maintaining strong partnerships to effectively influence and drive financial strategy.
Greg DeLuca
Head of Services Transformation and Integration
Greg joined Allegis Group in 1995 as a recruiter. Having held numerous leadership roles across the organization during his tenure, Greg has been responsible for executing sales, workforce management, and delivery strategies to diversify the company’s offerings. Prior to joining Actalent in 2021, Greg worked with leaders across Allegis Group to drive alignment and prioritize focus to expand Services business across the enterprise.
Mark Cooper
Vice President, International Business Development and Operations
Mark began his career with Allegis Group in 1988 as a technical recruiter and has held an array of leadership roles across the network of operating companies during his tenure.
Raajorshi Ghosh
General Manager, Human Resources
Raajorshi Ghosh (Raaj) is the human resources general manager for Actalent India with over 16 years of experience in the field. He has led people initiatives for various organizations across India.
Raaj is responsible for driving the people and talent management strategy, including people development and cultural leadership, across all Actalent offices in India. He holds a postgraduate degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Delhi University.
Pramad Nallari
Global Practice Director, Systems & Software
Pramad Nallari serves as global director of Actalent's systems and software engineering practice. He has worked in the area of software development in embedded systems for more than two decades, with many years of experience in the automotive industry. Pramad joined Actalent in 2014 as practice manager, prior to which he served as manager of development strategy and planning for Omron, where he managed a global software development team responsible for developing electronic controllers for all major automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). His work experience also includes positions at Delphi Automotive Systems, Eastman Kodak, and Xerox. Pramad earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nagarjuna University.
He received his master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
Maxim Castelino
Global Practice Director, Utilities
Maxim Castelino is Managing Director of Actalent's Global Transmission and Distribution Practices. He has more than 25 years of experience providing high value technical and business solutions to clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. Maxim has held several leadership positions at Actalent since joining the company in 1995, including leading Actalent's global engineering operations in the U.S. and India.
Since 2010, he has worked closely with Actalent's business development and practices organizations to expand Actalent's footprint into the electric utilities, automotive, consumer and industrial products, and aerospace industries, as well as establish robust engineering services delivery operations for our clients. Maxim has experience with multi-site engineering operations management, engineering process and technology consulting, and international business development.
He earned his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York.
Rajesh Verma Kinnera
Director, Talent Operations
Rajesh Verma Kinnera is the director of talent operations at Actalent India. With over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, Rajesh specializes in recruiting across the supply chain, consulting, and professional services sectors. He has led strategic initiatives to attract and recruit top talent and is skilled at leading high-performance teams across multiple locations, focusing on business growth.
At Actalent, Rajesh oversees the recruitment lifecycle for India operations and specializes in developing alternative delivery programs to attract candidates with highly sought-after skills. Rajesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Rai Business School in Mumbai and a bachelor's degree in science from Osmania University in Hyderabad.
Tamilselvan Sankaran
Technical Director
Tamilselvan (Selvan) Sankaran is a technical director at Actalent where he oversees delivery operations for our clients in India. With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and services industry, he has collaborated with customers across India, the US, Europe, and Japan. Selvan has built teams and delivered projects across engineering and sciences, covering various engineering support services such as engineering change management, product definition, value engineering, benchmarking, manufacturing support, systems and software, among others.
Selvan has been responsible for the continual improvement of Actalent's quality management system (QMS) through quality system enhancements and internal quality audits. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a special focus on Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and DMAIC processes.
Olakunle Arowolo
Director, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Kunle began his career with Aerotek in 2005 as recruiter in Los Angeles. He has held various operational and sales roles and served on multiple inclusion boards throughout his career. As an active participant in DE&I customer symposiums and STEM events, Kunle remains committed to driving Actalent’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
