With more than 16 years of experience, Crystal Rokos currently serves as an Actalent Delivery Manager. Crystal's previous roles in recruiting, account management, and professional development afforded her the opportunity to partner with internal corporate operations, sales, and service support teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for clients and consultants. Crystal has led and directed cross-functional remote teams to deliver programs and projects to clients across various industries.

In her current role, Crystal collaborates with her Actalent delivery team to analyze forecasted workload and implement operational efficiencies across her client programs while ensuring the timely achievement of agreed-upon metrics and deliverables. Crystal earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Millersville University and holds an MBA with a focus in Management from Loyola University. Crystal is PMP certified by the PMI Institute.
