Dolan has been with Allegis Group/Actalent for 28 years, holding various pivotal roles such as recruiter, account manager and director of business operations, primarily supporting the automotive sector. Since 2018, he has excelled as a client success executive, successfully saturating, diversifying and retaining a portfolio of transportation accounts, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and tier supplier accounts, by developing and executing a comprehensive national account strategy. Dolan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a marketing minor from Central Michigan University, providing him with a strong foundation in market dynamics and economic principles.
