Jim Codling

Senior Manager

Jim Codling is a senior manager at Actalent. Jim leads the company’s transmission and distribution project and program management services, as well as its eastern distribution engineering operations. Jim has 30 years of experience working for municipal, federal and investor-owned utilities across the U.S. and internationally. He spent five years in Iraq and Afghanistan leading development work for USAID and USACE supporting military and civilian infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
