The Actalent Achieves Gala was held at Hotel Greenpark, Bengaluru. The event was filled with energy, excitement and a shared sense of pride as our colleagues gathered to celebrate their hard work, ingenuity and commitment.

This award recognizes team members who have gone above and beyond—demonstrating exceptional customer focus, service and a can-do attitude. It honors team leads, specialists and above for their outstanding contributions to Actalent’s workplace culture and success. We would not be able to make an impact on the world of engineering without the skill of our client success teams.

ACTing Values Award

This prestigious award is given to one individual who exemplifies Actalent’s core values—Attitude, Character, Trust, Achievement, Legacy, Effort, Acting Now and Teamwork—through their actions and behavior, making a lasting impact on their colleagues across the company.

Nova Team of the Year Award

This award honors the best-performing team that has demonstrated excellence in cost, quality, utilization, growth, and diversity—setting new standards of excellence at Actalent.

This year, it was awarded to our systems and software engineering services team for their expertise in aerospace engineering. They were rewarded for their amazing contributions on critical avionics projects, including display systems validation, flight control software testing and safety-critical software verification. This was also displayed during the AeroIndia show 2025, reinforcing Actalent’s technical excellence in the aerospace engineering sector.

Supernova Practice of the Year Award

This award recognizes outstanding performance in year-over-year business growth, customer satisfaction, retention and diversity.

This was awarded to our manufacturing engineering team for consistently driving innovation, maintaining high client satisfaction, fostering continuous learning and supporting major project wins. Their commitment to excellence has played a pivotal role in Actalent’s success in India.
